Our web site was a very complex business to business transaction center. The site required an extensive amount of automated thinking. The original posted profile for the site that Openwave bid on was a much more scaled back version of the actual finished product. As the site took shape, we had new ideas for improved functionality. These "new" ideas changed the original scope of the project, and required additional funds. I feel like the additional costs that Openwave charged us was more than fair, and consistent with the original bid amount. The finished product is far better than I ever imagined it could have been. I want to personally thank each and every person at Openwave for their hard work, and patience. I highly recommend Openwave to anybody in need of a professional web site!
Openwave took on the difficult task of creating a database driven online custom store. While initial difficulties surfaced with communicating via email on such a complex task as well as challenges with the project manager, Openwave rectified the situation and provided stellar support and design work. Their ability to create and insure functionality of an admin tool driven website that allows for stock and customizable products was impressive.

This was our first project with Openwave Computing. We found them to be professional, generally responsive, and always cordial to deal with. They understood the scope of work, and intuitively ascertained what we sought. They produced a nice, clean solution for our customized database-driven website. In particular, we had several specific requirements for automated content management, for which Openwave proposed creative solutions. Then, we submitted a large number of content/graphical iterations, which Openwave completed until we were absolutely satisfied with the end result. We had originally selected Openwave Computing for their hybrid model methodology --with offices in New York and India. A NY-based project manager was our point of contact, and he re-directed the work to India in a seamless manner. We never had to deal with anyone else. Overall, we found that the hybrid model addresses, to a large extent, the issues typically associated with dealing with Indian suppliers directly (communication, time zone, lack of responsiveness/accountability), while providing all of the benefits (first-class programmers, unlimited revisions, excellent value-for-money). We are thus 100% pleased with the work performed by Openwave Computing, and would recommend them to anyone else.
